Your Amboseli, Tsavo West & Tsavo East Safari Itinerary at a Glance
Day 1: Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Upon arrival in Nairobi, you’ll be greeted by our representatives and driven to Amboseli National Park, known for its iconic elephants and stunning backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. Check in at Sentrim Amboseli or Kibo Safari Camp for lunch. In the late afternoon, embark on a game drive (16:00 – 18:30). Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at the camp.
Day 2: Amboseli National Park
After an early breakfast, depart at 07:00 for a full-day game drive in Amboseli National Park with a picnic lunch. Visit a local Maasai village (optional) before returning to the camp. Dinner and overnight stay at Sentrim Amboseli or Kibo Safari Camp.
Day 3: Amboseli – Tsavo West
After breakfast, drive to Tsavo West National Park, known for its stunning landscapes and unique wildlife, including the rare Oryx and Kudu. The backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro adds to the park’s beauty. Check in for lunch and relax before an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
Day 4: Tsavo West – Taita Hills (Salt Lick Safari Lodge)
After breakfast, depart for Taita Hills Game Reserve with a game drive en route. Arrive at Salt Lick Safari Lodge for lunch, then proceed with an afternoon game drive from 16:00 till sunset. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Salt Lick Safari Lodge.
Day 5: Taita Hills – Tsavo East
Start the day early at 06:15 with a game drive before breakfast. After breakfast, depart for Tsavo East National Park, arriving around noon at Voi Wildlife Lodge, Voi Safari Lodge, or Sentrim Tsavo East Camp. Check in, have lunch, and enjoy an afternoon game drive from 16:00 – 18:30. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge or camp.
Day 6: Tsavo East – Mombasa/Diani
After an early morning game drive, return for breakfast and then depart for your final game drive en route to Mombasa or Diani. Arrive around 13:00 for lunch at your preferred beach hotel, marking the end of your safari adventure.
